As Revenue Analyst, I was primarily accountable for analysis and reconciliation of revenue discrepancy for 6 properties, and acted as main liaison officer between operation and system support teams to resolve POS and technical issues. I documented the revenue reconciliation procedure and conducted high quality training to junior staff.
