    • Originated role at storied 60-year old health & wellness company and responsible for opening new frontiers of growth for the business through joint ventures, partnerships and mergers and acquisitions • Lead the functional/metabolic health pillar for WW to determine when and how best WW should enter the functional health space and drive business growth, uncovering and analyzing a $3b market opportunity for WW • Built cross-functional team to test and learn existing products and led consumer targeting and concept research leading to a better understanding of how to communicate and deliver the science of metabolic health to members and ultimately inform WW’s market entry strategy • Effectively collaborated with over three dozen individuals across functions, including Finance, Product, Marketing, Insights and Innovation, and Science, to inform and shape 3-year strategy around functional and metabolic health opportunities

    • Originated role of GM Consumer for Momofuku Goods, the high-growth CPG OpCo of the restaurant group, selling better-for-you modern Asian pantry staples to consumers across the US and Canada • Led CPG business from zero to eight-figure run-rate, with an improved margin, more profitability and 10% COGS reduction in highly inflationary environment • Led the commercialization and scaling of the Momofuku CPG business, a small but growing line of products, and built a robust and grounded three-year strategic plan for growth, focused on profitability, margin accretion, and pipeline innovation • Provided day-to-day leadership, mentorship and management to the organization, driving execution of the plan and integrating all functions to work together • Partnered with each function, using KPI’s to drive accountability, performance, and operational improvement across all functions while building a great culture and supportive and inclusive working environment • Extremely strong focus on business fundamentals; implemented dozens of processes and systems to support the foundation for growth, including S&OP planning, demand forecasting, P&L modeling, and strategic planning • Built and managed team of 20 high-performing and highly motivated individuals across all functions, leading hiring, talent development and career mapping • Orchestrated and oversaw successful launch of product line in three dozen conventional retailers, as well as Amazon, Faire, owned, and other eCommerce platforms • Responsibility for managing multi-nodal warehouse operations, logistics strategy, sourcing and procurement, and inventory planning, leading to a significant increase in cost efficiencies across the business • Identified and contracted two new 3PL partners • Built a robust network of contract manufacturers across commercialization of all finished goods; identified gaps in GMP audits and corrected all outstanding manufacturing challenges
