Served on the Magnite transaction subcommittee to oversee its $1.1 billion acquisition of SpotX, also served on the Magnite pricing subcommittee to oversee its March 2021 $400MM+ public convertible debt offering. Additionally, served on the transaction subcommittee overseeing the public merger of equals between Telaria and Rubicon completed in April 2020 to form Magnite. Previously served on the board of Telaria (NYSE: TLRA) from its IPO in June 2013 till merger with Rubicon in April 2020.
