    Subsidiary of the Bosch Group in the segment of solar thermal energy and water heating. Responsible for the launch of activities of this subsidiary in Brazil, managing the post-merger integration with a local company (Heliotek). Responsible for the P&L and management of the sales, marketing and after-sales activities, leading a team of aprox. 100 people. Focus on commercial growth and opening of new markets through implementation of multiple sales channels (retail, utilities, B2G, direct B2C sales), leading the company to market leadership. Development of the company’s first online B2C sales channel in Brazil, backed by a strong digital marketing strategy.

    Division at Bosch Brazil in the segment of gas water heaters. Responsibility for the P&L of sales, marketing and after-sales of the division, reporting to Latin America’s HQ. Development of a prospection strategy to enter a new business segment (solar thermal energy), supporting the definition of a target company for acquisition.

Developed and implemented a complete business plan and commercial strategy to launch this division in the country.
