As the head of digital initiatives for the Fund, Rampi works with select portfolio firms in developing their digital transformation strategy and execution roadmaps. Specifically, Rampi is driving the definition and implementation of several technology transformations in the portfolio, including the development of an AI-based cloud centric customer excellence delivery platform for Servionᵗ Global. Rampi also provides technology focused reviews of candidate investments and participates in pre and post investment due diligence.

The digital consulting practice is responsible for designing and implementing large scale transformation for Genpact’s financial services clients including commercial & retail banks, wealth managers, investment managers, insurance corporations, and capital markets firms. Rampi’s deep process and technology expertise, has combined with a design thinking methodology and capabilities built in recent digital technologies and analytics, to allow partnerships with clients to ideate and operationalize these transformations.

Managing Director and Co-Head, KYC.com – a Genpact-Markit JV

2012 - 2015

KYC.com was set up as a 50-50 JV between Genpact and Markit as an banking industry utility to deliver high quality customer and counter-party due diligence for global banks. We developed a policy standard acceptable to banks and endorsed by regulators, built a technology and operations base to deliver this consistently, and all at a price-point significantly lower than banks’ internal costs. Over 20 global banks and ~400 of the leading investment managers signed up for the service.
