- Conception, launch, operations of the baby vc Mentor Program with 150+ VC investors on board to date. Led the launch in DACH in spring 2023, France & the UK in autumn 2023. Participants in the baby vc cohorts are matched with junior investors at leading European VC funds. - Partnership development & Events: working with large tech events (e.g. Bits & Pretzels, ChefTreff, START Global). Hosted baby vc roundtable with 30+ participants at the 2023 Bits & Pretzels conference + Masterclass with 70+ participants at ChefTreff Hamburg in 2024.

Part of the 10-people baby vc founding team at our new DACH location (Berlin). baby vc is a non-profit organization unlockick Venture Capital for the most passionate of young talents in Europe through our leading student-run initiatives. Core product is an 8-week long bootcamp twice a year for selected fellows. We also curate a VC and startup community, a job board, and a weekly newsletter with 5k+ subscribers.
