I have worked on y! finance for 3 years (1997-2000). I have been managing the engineering team for Yahoo! Autos since 2000.Since may 2005, I took on new responsibility, being the founding engineer and manager for yahoo! search hacks/edison team. Our team's output include web apis, JS framework, Yahoo! maps ajax api, and couple of demos for new technology. I have been with y! for nearly <strike>7</strike> 9 years and i have learnt a great deal about scalable internet technology solutions to complex business problems. Always looking to learn more. Recently, i have been heading up a web2.0ish team learning more about what it means to be a next generation company. Interestingly, these lessons resonate with the things i learnt during early days of yahoo.
