Type22 is an airport baggage handling innovator. We are leaders in the field of Self Bag Drop with solutions like Scan&Fly, Drop&Fly and our iPod based Agent Information System. These products set the standard for intuitive, simple and fast self-service bag drop and are in operation at airports around the world. My role as manager R&D is to develop and manage our Self Bag Drop product range, to drive innovation and exceed customer expectation. I maintain the Scan&Fly and Drop&Fly philosophy, forecast industry trends and deliver input that shapes the company's strategy.
