Product Lead, overseeing all merchant-facing products, which included sales & onboarding, partnership dashboard & reporting, payment systems, ordering channels, and the Postmates tablet Order App. * Expanded the Order App (a countertop tablet + ordering system) from an initial proof of concept release to the industry's best ordering system, with menu management, hours management, printing capabilities, reporting, and in-app fulfillment support * Doubled the number of partner merchants, and reduced the time to onboard new partners by 60% * Designed and launched an entirely new product, Instant Order Support, which reduced merchant support workload by more than 50%

Founder

Founded Safe Shepherd, which pioneered a personal-information opt-out service for consumers. Part of 500 Startups, batch 3. Grew to over $1m revenue on minimal VC funding. The identity protection industry followed our lead, and each of the major players either made acquisition offers or copied our product. Sold in February 2015.
