    Led an effort with three professors (Mehran Sahami, Rob Reich, and Jeremy Weinstein) to determine what the work of Computer Science 182 (Ethics, Public Policy, and Technological Change) and a new book, System Error, could be converted to in terms of initiatives. Formulated a new set of university fellowships to drive impact in the tech sector, as well as tightly coordinated work with VCs and a concept of a free university for learning the ethics of technology.

We started with the same demographic as the local Sequoia district (most kids first generation-college), and instead of their 40% college-readiness rate, prepared 96% of kids for four-year college.
