As a cofounder of Criteo, I have lived the transformation of the 2005 start-up to a worldwide industry leader doing 1.8B$ of revenues in 2016, with an IPO on the Nasdaq in 2013. My role as a CTO has been first to design the first versions of the technology stack and then to grow our R&D team to several hundred engineers. In the last years, I have also served as HR Director and Chief Product Officer.
