Lead the developer community and startup ecosystem team and activity in EMEA. Responsibilities include: • Formulation and implementation of LivePerson’s startup and developers EcoSystem strategy. Ensuring LivePerson customers enjoy the widest state of the art business solutions for their needs. Translating customers, product and R&D needs by defining and targeting the right technologies and startups for our ecosystem. • Implementing LivePerson EcoSystem strategy through market analysis and familiarity with the EMEA startup arena. • Spearheaded and developed new partnerships from identification, building the relationship, joint product planning, integration roadmap and establishing a joint go to market and execution. Leverage a large industry network of business partners, VC’s and vendors both in Israel, Europe and in the Silicon Valley to identify and engage disruptive and innovative technology developments. • Build and manage pipeline for new partners on boarding including facilitation of joint technology development with different product groups. • Managing all developer community activities in Israel including developers event at DLD, hackathons, social communications, developer community resources and support, all with the main target of promoting and increasing awareness of LivePerson Developer program and platform. • Product planning and program management for OEM solutions.
