Blossom Diagnostics develops low-cost, extensible, non-invasive diagnostic devices which optically measure blood chemistry without requiring a blood draw. • Redesigned and prototyped non-invasive Fluorescent Blood Analysis probes (see my patent below) to work with light absorption • Designs included 5 LED emitters with either photodiode or spectrographic detectors that targeted ear lobes, thumb webbing, fingers and palms • Supported testing of Blossom Diagnostics probes at Johns Hopkins University

• Led 13 high school students each completing projects ranging from linear induction motors to omniwheeled robots to wind turbines to cloud storage systems and more • Managed 3 college undergraduate TAs to guide students through daily challenges

Mechanical Engineer

• Redesigned and fabricated the Bespoke 3D Scanning Platform • Aided in various aspects of Marketing including researching potential clients and assessing product material properties and performance

Manufacturing and Operations Engineer

• Assisted in manufacturing a repositionable transcatheter aortic heart valve product that can be implanted with a minimally invasive procedure • Owned the Seal Making Process and identified process improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Improved output 3X. • Assisted in data analysis to improve the yields of EP components

English Facilitator
