We are primarily focused on investing in funds with GPs that identify as women, Black, LatinX, and/or LGBTQ+ but will consider GPs with other underrepresented identities in venture as well.

- Program Manager for several U.S. Department of State to build thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems, including training and supporting early-stage startup and angel investor training programs - Lead The Lemelson Foundation-funded Equity and Inclusion Working Group to redesign VentureWell's early-stage innovator programs. - Key member of VentureWell's Strategic Working Group, which is developing the 5-year strategic plan.

Project Manager - U.S. Department of State GIST Investors Training Program

- Managed the recruitment, planning, implementation, and reporting of the GIST Investors Initiative, which provides training, mentorship, and networking to angel investor networks across the globe. - Led to the founding of 2 angel investment networks in Malaysia and positioned VentureWell as a founding member of the Meditteranean Business Angel Network (MED Angels), a syndication network of angel investment networks in the MENA region.

Project Manager - U.S.-Egypt Science and Technology (S&T) Joint Fund Innovate Egypt Program

Led recruitment and selection of innovators for the 2-month Innovate Egypt early-stage startup training program. Startups came from agtech, cleantech, and medtech industries. Following the program, I Managed a 3-month acceleration program for the top 6 Egyptian startups from the Innovate Egypt program. Increased pipeline by 30% in Q3 year compared to the previous program.

Project Manager - U.S. Department of State GIST Business Incubation Program

Led the global recruitment and selection of scale-up stage science and technology-based startups, ultimately with 28 startups from 17 countries. Also spearheaded the business development to partner with 10 incubators across 9 cities in the U.S. to incubate the 28 startups.
