Coral is a content creation arm of Etch. Coral offers a suite of educational resources, such as AI adaptive textbooks, video tutorials, homework delivery systems, and practice tests, all centered on the proven concept of spaced repetition learning. We serve students preparing for standardized tests like the AP exams, ACT, MCAT, and NCLEX.

2018 - 2020

  • Venture Associate

    2018 - 2020

As an Associate at University Impact, I had the opportunity to interact with social impact entrepreneurs from around the globe. During these interactions, I was involved in leading teams that made investment and consulting recommendations on seed-stage start-ups. Industries that I worked with include: agritech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and others. While at UI, I led the due diligence process on our investment in ImpactVision, which was later acquired by Apeel.

2017 - 2020

  • Co-Owner and Photographer

    2017 - 2020

Operator of a small wedding photography business.

  • Teaching Assistant (Chemistry / Health Systems and Policy)

    2017 - 2019

September 2017-April 2018 While working as a TA for the BYU Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry I led small general chemistry classes of about 20 students. I was the main connection between these students and success in this class. I helped students succeed in the class by conducting biweekly classes, performing one-on-one tutoring/mentoring sessions, and preparing study materials. December 2018-December 2019 While working as a TA for the BYU Department of Public Health, I was able to help instruct classes of Health Systems and Policy. Working under health policy expert Dr. Jeff Glenn, I had the opportunity to take a deep dive into topics such as how to foster dialogue between differing political groups, the ACA, and world health systems.
