As CEO, I helped growing the company from $0 to over $40M USD in annual revenue and grew the team from 4 to 2000 people with operations in 7 countries (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru and Uruguay) and 22 cities in less than two years. I also co-led nine M&A transactions among which one was a $100M USD transaction to secure the business leadership in Brazil and all of Latam. I also led a multimillion dollar partnership with Rappi that boosted Grin's growth all over Latam and enabled users across the whole region to use Grin vehicles through the Rappi app as well. As CEO, I honed skills in management, operations, product, market expansion, business strategy, political affairs and government relations, investor relations, mobility and fintech legal framework in 7 jurisdictions.

Formerly miorden.com (an online food takeaway platform) was backed by Investomex with a seed funding of US$50,000. On December 2011, miorden.com was acquired by Sindelantal.com. This transaction marked the start of the overseas expansion in Latin America of the Spanish startup.
