The Center for Research, Development and Dissemination of Innovation focused on enhancing the work of employees while accelerating the use of technology within the VA. During my time at the VA I helped to design, build and staff two “Learning Xchange” centers at a national level. - Adapting, testing and dissemination of innovative methods. - Developed Learning XChange staff in following areas: rapid design, use of technology, innovative interaction design and facilitation. - Creation of standard operating procedures for innovative multipurpose work environment, inclusive of design and oversight of advanced audio/visual technology. - Oversaw complex meeting design, facilitation and product creation.
