The Third Sphere team ran the leading accelerator for startups upgrading cities for climate change founded by BMW MINI. This included selection and coaching of all teams from cohort 3 to 10. We reorganized around partner-led weekly advisory sessions versus a mentor-led model. Produced all workshops and educational materials including playbooks for customer discovery, traction and growth. We increased graduation rates to over 85% - successful fundraising completed after the program. Prior cohorts were at 35%. Many programs celebrate 50% graduation rates.
