I developed and directed business plans, and was involved in creating and executing effective strategies that align with the short- and long-term objectives of the organization. Overseeing the data strategy, I defined key metrics to identify success and ensure consistency with brand messaging and business activities. I was also tasked with establishing and managing the allocation of funding and staffing levels to ensure optimal operational efficiency in sourcing, managing and distribution of capital. ★ By overseeing EdTech programs, I was able to improve technological education through the creation of processes and allocation of resources. I also led the team responsible for developing FinTech programs and technology to support banking and financial services on a global scale. ★ Efficiently directing operations, I was in charge of teams located in three different countries. I developed and implemented processes and initiatives that encourage cohesive participation, and I evaluated performances remotely to identify training and coaching opportunities. ★ Financial data expertise to provide recommendations and advice on private equity investments for increasing company stability and sustainable finances.

I created and executed a business plan for an in-home childcare and staffing solutions company. My main duties were managing daily operations and developing strategies to maintain a profitable environment. ★ This grew from a staff of 40 toa staff of 250. I was very invested in developing my employees, and I mentored their leadership qualities. This allowed me to establish strategies that enhanced the company growth. My efforts led to positive relationships with key client Bright Horizons Family Solutions with the business in the top 1% of franchises. ★ 190 key corporate clients in the DC area in commercial and government sectors. ★ We maintained sustained growth until I was able to sell the company for 27.75% Internal Rate of Return.

This role helped hone my analytical skills. I provided support to ensure efficient banking structure for global operations. I was tasked with developing and executing strategies and solutions for multiple business segments. My ultimate goal was to increase sales of financial solutions, and I matched products to clients to achieve all my sales goals. I was responsible for analyzing data and creating reporting to identify and mitigate risks for clients and the bank. ★ One of my important tasks was completing transactions for London and Singapore Foreign Exchange trading. ★ I also participated in the management-training program.
