We helped partners serve small businesses better by helping them build world-class payroll, benefits & HR products. We identified new partners, and negotiated first-of-their kind partnerships across a variety of initiatives but not limited to business API, payments, product integrations, product partnerships, and app distribution.     Early pioneer in Social TV and second screen market. I was responsible for everything non-technical (product, strategy, execution, hiring, fundraising, business development, sales, legal, etc). Built products including Miso iOS/Android apps, SideShows(our second screen content platform), and Quips, a fun and easy way to talk about moments of TV. Thought-leader in social TV space, interviewed by Forbes, AdAge, CNN, Techcrunch, Mashable and a bunch of other places. Raised $6M from Khosla Ventures, Google Ventures, Hearst Interactive Media, and prominent angels like Keith Rabois, Jawed Karim, Georges Harik, Naval Ravikant, and others through multiple rounds of financing.

    - First Corporate Sales Account Executive (<1,000 employees) and closed 10 of the first 16 customers of Right90 - Key contributor in establishing Right90 presence in the Salesforce.com channel across all major business units including over 200+ personnel in Field Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success Management, and Professional Services - Initially joined as Solution Architect to lead, manage and deploy the largest Right90 on-demand sales forecasting project at Sharp Microelectronics (200+ users worldwide). This required collaborating with product management and engineering to design the first integrated product with Salesforce.com

    - Established and developed Salesforce.com global Data Services organization. Was one of the key leads for large scale complex data migration implementations - Managed a globally distributed team across three continents of 8 data architects to ensure consistency of methodology, sales messaging, and services positioning - Proactively managed data services opportunities in the pipeline amounting to $1+ million in Services bookings - Promoted 3x from Consultant to Senior Consultant to Global Program Manager over 3-years. Initially joined Corporate Sales team as a data consultant. Have done over 120+ CRM implementations.
