    Founded Ally, a fintech platform that connected emerging market startups to funding and expertise. Ally was selected and funded by Google’s internal accelerator, Area 120 (3% acceptance rate). Established product partnerships with equity crowdfunding platforms to enable investments in African technology startups and compliance with US equity crowdfunding regulations. Led Product strategy, developed investment thesis, and managed sourcing and due diligence processes. Sourced and activated a community of 200+ investors and mentors to support 80+ tech founders across Sub-Saharan Africa, driving significant business growth.

    Revamped the annual planning process by partnering with Staffing, Product, Real Estate, and Corporate Finance leads to project three year Google seated headcount growth rates, phasing and geographic footprint. Developed an alternative approach to analyzing Staffing performance by adjusting cost per hire (CPH) to reflect demand signal shifts. Adjusted CPH analysis evolved into a monthly CPH forecast which drove Staffing leadership to re-prioritize initiatives and reduce 2016 full year spend by ~$13M.
