    SourceScrub provides a deal origination platform for investment firms and banks focused on private businesses. Their database helps firms diligence and landscape industries better and allows them to find their next mandate, growth investment or add-on. Mainsail Partners made a growth equity investment in the company in November 2019 and I joined the board as an independent board member. I transitioned off the board when Francisco Partners acquired a controlling stake in the business.

I joined the company through the acquisition of TechValidate Software, Inc, the company I co-founded. IPO on NASDAQ (Symbol: SVMK) in 2018.
