Previous roles included Finance manager for North American Downy Fabric Softener Brand, including fiscal budget and profit responsibility for $500 million sales business, Plant Accounting Manager, and Financial Analyst for Global Strategic Planning. Strategic Planning role involved working closely with key functional and country management to lead development of global sourcing framework, sizing, pricing, and formulation development analysis of new products. Provided management perspective for Global Laundry Initiative Portfolio to ensure most efficient deployment of global resources. Supported executive management team development of Ten-Year Global Strategic Plans for company’s two largest businesses.
