Teams compete for one of ten available slots in each cohort, guaranteeing them a minimum investment of $100,000, and potentially as much as $1M. Direct recruitment, marketing and selection of candidate companies. Negotiated and invested in 65 companies to date (Several good exits, with 90% of the cohort companies still in business. Used long term professional relationships to recruit, retain and engage industry experts to coach CEOs of cohort companies and serve on Luminate’s Advisory Board.
