The FinTech Innovation Lab was founded in 2010 by the Partnership Fund for New York City and Accenture with the goal of driving growth in the fintech and insurtech sectors in New York. The Lab brings together senior executives from over 40 leading financial and insurance institutions to work collaboratively with emerging technology companies. Worked with the management team in a strategic and operational capacity to help execute on growth initiatives including capital raising, M&A and strategic partnerships. Sourced, negotiated and executed multiple M&A transactions to increase platform coverage. Developed dynamic pricing models and key metrics to streamline operations and improve operational efficiency. Prepared financials and board materials and worked with management team to execute corporate development plan.

Foundation focused on catalyzing social and economic change in India. Led 20 member Board and over 1,500 members to build awareness and create additional dialogue about critical issues affecting the bottom of the pyramid in India. Organized numerous educational and social events to inform the audience and raise funding (over $100k).
