Nearly completed an acquistion deal of Neople (now part of Nexon & was the developer of Dungeon and Fighter), to provide MMO publishing platform and game developers with global hit games.

Executed joint venture deal and operational set-up in H.K. with Hutchison Whampoa, managing international product and technical teams in New York and Hong Kong. Also assisted international operations in U.K. and Japanese partnership with Sumitomo & Nomura.
