    I built Hivency, a B2B SaaS platform specialized in influencer marketing. We reached 100 employees in Europe (France, Spain and Germany), €5M ARR and we raised €6.5M. We worked with clients like L'Oréal, Carrefour, LVMH, Clarins, La Redoute, ... Product Management : - Led the development of the platform's first version, overseeing discovery, wireframing, and delivery phases. - Recruited and led a team of product managers and developers, implemented agile methodologies, and organized work into squads. - Developed a long-term strategy aligned with company vision and objectives, including market analysis, roadmap management, and stakeholder engagement. - Collaborated with 3 logistics centers (FR/ES) to integrate with the Hivency product, shipping 10k+ packages per month. - Prioritized development initiatives based on user research, testing, data analysis, and benchmarking, focusing on: 1. Internal improvements (back-office, algorithms, dashboards, APIs, infrastructure, cloud). 2. New feature launches (UGC, search engine, ratings & reviews, TikTok integration). 3. Successfully launched the mobile app on both iOS and Android platforms. Global strategy & Operations - Defined the strategy, business model and vision of the company. - Set quarterly objectives (OKRs) and monitored their achievements. - Defined and tracked our business KPIs (ARR, EBIT, churn rate, ARPU, NPS, MAU, acquisition costs, matching rates, etc.). - Set and managed operational processes and tools for clients, users and suppliers (Payfit, Spendesk, Hubspot, Notion, Looker Studio, Slack, Segment, Customer.io, ...) Financial & HR - Implemented and managed financial processes (budget management, cash management, P&L). Worked with investment funds, banks, business angels, and the BPI to raise financing (6.5M€ raised). - Recruited over 200 FTEs in France, Spain, and Germany. - Implemented and managed our FTE policy (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, perk benefits, etc.).
