Takuya Hosomura is principal for Salesforce Ventures. Takuya has lots of experience in the combination of strategic investments, business planning/developments, and marketing. Based on his previous experience both in B2C and B2B businesses, he focuses on enterprise software solutions and SI businesses in Japan and Korea. He has led 15 new investments including Aeye Security Lab, Asobica, Baseconnect, FastLabel, FLUX, GVA Tech, Helpfeel (Nota), iCare, Knowledge Work, Monoxer, Unifa and Zeals and was also in charge of 3 follow on investments in Andpad, Kakehashi, and Readyfor.

During the 5 years, the company had achieved a historical high market share and profits.

Started his career to run a traditional trading business to export Japanese vehicles to European markets and expanded his responsibility to investment activities, which include not only monitoring and value-up of portfolio companies but also several new investments and exits.
