Today, we are creating residential towns and parks in the Black Sea region of Ukraine: ARTVILLE residential town - 28 bright comfort-class houses for 10,000 residents and our own park with art objects on 7 km of Ovidiopolska road in Odessa. Artvilevsky Park is a landscape and architectural project involving the expertise of the most famous Ukrainian urban planners "Agents of Change". URBAN MARKET living mall is a unique for the region residential mixed-use complex with social facilities, a park promenade, offices, a shopping center and a modern farmer's market. The project was created jointly with Zelemin architectural office and was nominated in the All-Ukrainian annual competition of architecture and urbanism. Low-cost town KEKS is a residential town of 40 low-rise buildings with cozy green yards and pricing similar to budget airlines. By 2026, we plan to create 4 self-sufficient residential towns in the region, build 73 houses for 21,000 residents and create recreational areas on 19 hectares of land.
