Grew the sales team from 1 person to over 30 people, and expanded company’s geographic footprint from New York City only to 27 cities across the U.S. and London. As member of company’s Executive Team, participated in all key strategic discussion including new product offerings, technology enhancements and personnel decisions.

Handled litigation related projects for key firm clients including the American Red Cross, Pfizer and the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) Advised senior partners on various areas of the law including historical SOPs for blood collection and testing, national sweepstakes rules and requirements and music copyright issues related to the downloading of digital music over the Internet
