Caulys is a FoodTech startup that offers smart indoor farms to grow fresh herbs directly in restaurants. • Co-led strategy and business operations at all levels: Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product, Fundraising, Hiring • Signed substantial contracts (despite the impact of Covid-19 on restaurants): EPFL, contract catering groups, Michelin-starred chefs, 1 regional leader in the distribution of fresh produce and several other restaurants • Won the Young Entrepreneur Award 2019, awarded by the French Embassy in Switzerland

Cukierman & Co. is the leading Israeli investment house, providing a full aray of services including M&A, Private Placements, Public Offerings, Family Office and Consulting Services to Israeli, European and Asian clients. • Managed 5 fundraising mandates for HealthTech startups in support of the Partners & Managing Partner, working closely with the startups' executive management • Presented investment opportunities to our network of venture capital firms and corporate venture funds, and acted as an intermediary between investors and startups’ management • Selected and presented the most promising HealthTech startups, according to specific investment criteria, to corporate venture funds wishing to invest in or acquire companies in Israel
