The EY Tech Investment Banking team is part of the biggest accounting firm in Israel, focused on M&A transactions (sell side), SPAC Advisory and Capital Raise. The M&A practice at EY was established in 2010 and has grown to be the leading middle-market Investment Bank in Israel. The team closed +30 deals in the past 8 years (+8bn NIS in TEV). The process includes: strategic analysis of the company from the client’s and investors’ points of view, developing financial models and pricing indication, transaction structure planning, preparing marketing materials & strategy (teaser, CIM, etc.), identifying & approaching potential investors, due-diligence & negotiations, assisting lawyers & other advisors during the negotiation, post closing transaction assistance.

Corporate Development (M&A) Analyst

Part of the M&A and Corporate Development team at Kornit Digital, (Nasdaq: KRNT). Kornit Digital is an Israeli-American international manufacturing company. It produces high-speed industrial inkjet printers, and pigmented ink and chemical products for the garment and apparel, home goods, and textile accessories decorating industry. During my time at the company, Kornit experienced significant growth and tailwinds with enterprise value doubling due to its close to home, sustainable printing solutions. Some of my responsibilities included two buy-side transactions: screening, DD and PMI (Costume Gateway and an undisclosed company), building the company's 5 years financial model, managing the company's SPP (strategic process planning) process, senior management projects and initiatives, and the go to function for competitive intelligence.
