Functioned as the liaison with the investment bank through the due diligence and acquisition of EWS as a Division of Border States. Ran lead on the financial close-off and re-open as a new Division. Managed all aspects of the integration of the Division, including; key client and manufacturer relations and contracts, conversion of the Eclipse ERP System to SAP, policy and process adaptations of all functional departments, performance goals and final close of all escrow accounts. Additionally, aided in the modernization of the SAP environment and consulted on further acquisitions.

During my tenure with EWS, I had responsibilities across all functional departments, managed strategic projects [in several instances, they were the largest projects of their type in the US], critical client acquisition and retention, profit maximization, fixed and revolving assets, and ERP system application and competitive advantage.
