Heading bank muscat's Debt Investment Banking team providing clients debt finance solutions including advisory, syndication, debt capital markets, project finance, subordinated & structured products, Islamic financial advisory and similar transactions. Introduced several first-of-their kind transactions in the GCC region including taking debut borrowers to public and private markets together with capital structure advisory and rating advisory. Debut USD bond issuance by an Omani GRE, jumbo multi-tranche USD bond issuances by the Government, debut sukuks in local and USD bond space, largest ever syndicated loans in power, oil & gas sectors amongst others. Total debt raise of USD 11.5 billion across 17 transactions in 4.5 years in the role.
