    In 2018, Glassdoor was acquired by Recruit holdings for $1.2B. I joined when the company had ~150 employees and helped grow it to ~900 people. During my time, I wore multiple hats. VP Product While Glassdoor started off as a reviews and salaries site, Jobs and Recruiting was its economic engine. I ran our jobs business as VP of Product for Jobs. Key accomplishments include - - Built out our jobs engine to become the #2 most popular site in the US (~2.5x growth in 2 years) and a thriving monetization engine (~4x growth in partner value) - Ran our front end consumer experience (Mobile, Engagement channels, Jobs and Apply UX and Growth teams) and backend teams (Search, Discovery, Recommendations, Jobs Aggregation and Partner Integrations) - Launched a number of industry firsts (Salary Estimates on Jobs, UGC within Jobs, 2-pane UX on Desktop, Jobs Discovery on Email and Web) - Built new Growth function leading to >2x increase in velocity of Glassdoor members in less than a year - Led our strategy and design for next generation recruiting product VP of Data Science & Analytics I first started off as Head of Data Science at Glassdoor reporting into the CEO. Key accomplishments include - - Built out the Data Science and Business Analytics function and team at Glassdoor. - Launched a number of innovations for our product (such as Salary Estimates on Jobs, Know Your Worth, Auto-moderation for Reviews, Learn to Rank engine), platforms (e.g. Occupation Classification Engine) and processes (e.g. Sales Leads and Renewal Prioritization) - Partnered with all functions across the company to bring improved business analytics and decision making through data
