    I had the privilege of working with a very talented and motivated team of colleagues and together we helped some of the leading companies, re-imagine their digital future. I was responsible for the Europe regional P&L, strategy and execution along with sales team and sales process improvements, for existing as well as new business and supporting our customers on their digital transformation journey, with a special focus on agile, devops and cloud related change - to ensuring a relentless focus on evolving their end-customer experience. Strong emphasis on cloud transformation for our customers allowed winning multiple Tier-1 new logos across Fashion Retail, ISV’s, Financial Services, including an award for the best strategic deal of the year, in my short stint. Decided to pursue an entrepreneurial venture and left at the end of Q4.

    Head of Sales for Europe, helping Europe's leading Telecom and Media companies transform their networks and network managed services operating models to align with the fast changing Technology landscape by leveraging enablers such as AI, ML, Robotics, IoT, SDN/NFV with a view to be 5G and Digital Ready with the end focus being enhanced Customer Experience. I was responsible for new business as well as enhancing and improving engagement with existing clients across Europe working with some of the biggest Telecom operators, with complete P&L responsibility for a diverse sales team across the EMEA region, cutting across all facets of Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions & Delivery, including all aspects of long term strategic planning, new entity setup, M&A assessments, partnerships and co-creation.

Some of the engagements involved transformation across OSS , BSS including Enterprise CRM, Billing, Revenue Assurance and BAM.

    Principle - Communications Media & Entertainment at Infosys. Responsible for developing and managing new client relationships and business development across Media and Mobile telecom segments. Some large Consulting engagements were related to Mobile Billing and Identity Management Solutions. Conceptualised and developed a patented solution concept for a social platform for assisting service providers in launching new products - listed as co-author of the same.

    Led a successful NPDC (Network plan design & construct) process transformation program for a large Australian Telco and later, for a large UK operator, the setup of a Co-location centre for multi-vendor development teams to improve service delivery within the software engineering lifecycle.

    Project and Technical lead for a variety of projects spanning Verisign, Aetna Corp, British Telecom etc.across multiple domains ranging from Managed PKI to Next Gen OSS solution design as well as Network Resilience / DR - Business Continuity Management design. At one point was leading 3 development teams and running the Product Development with mulitple product version releases for a combination of OS / hardware environments for the worlds largest Enterprise PKI product.

    Worked in cutting edge (yet to be formalised) J2EE technologies such as JSP and launched a B2B2C portal in less than 70 days single-handedly including: Technical Architecture & Design Navigation & UI Design Development, Testing and Go-Live Deployment Server Side development + Front end scripting Portal had a product catalog of around 3 million SKU's.

    Developed software to support financial risk analytics for stock market trades including complex derivatives. Key achievement was developing the portfolio analysis module (based on Forte 4G platform) for Value-at-Risk computations, which allowed visual comparison of pay-off curves and could recommend changes to the existing portfolio based on desired payoff curves.
