We are also responsible for delivering British Gas' Smart Metering mandate, fitting these meters in all our 12m customers homes by 2020; enabling data driven energy efficiency improvements and a digitised customer journey. I am also CEO of the regulated entity responsible for all BG consumer credit activities.
