I led the transition of SCOR Ventures from a balance sheet strategic CVC to a professionalised, financial-returns driven VC from mid-2021 onwards. We are a recognised leader in our chosen fields and have built a portfolio of top-tier founders and companies. Portfolio companies in SCOR Ventures Fund 1 include Coverflex, Finanzguru, iLife, Kadmos, Kontempo, Marshmallow, Protex and more.

I co-founded SCOR (P&C) Ventures, establishing a dual financial / strategic mandate CVC, in 2017, and was responsible for various of our investments including Hokodo and Marshmallow. I continued to oversee SCOR Syndicate's Innovation Team, focused on product innovation and insurtech underwriting partnerships.

Member of the Fintech Delivery Panel / UK Insurtech Board Chair

2017 - 2019

I established the UK Insurtech Board and was one of three insurance industry representatives on the Fintech Delivery Panel. I also acted as Chair for the Board during its first three year funding cycle. The Panel consisted of a combination of leading UK-based fintechs, major financial institutions, and HMT and FCA representatives. It established key collaborative, industry initiatives and drove their delivery.

I established and led the SCOR Syndicate innovation team, partnering with fintechs, insurtechs, MGAs and other startups to launch new insurance products. During this time, I co-founded and pitched the CVC activities that eventually became SCOR Ventures.
