Partner and Investment Manager at the Giza Polish Ventures I Venture Capital Fund with PLN 84m capitalization. Associated with the fund from the beginning of its operation, he has participated in the investment process of all 34 portfolio companies. As an Investment Manager he manages the process of identification, evaluation and selection of investment projects. He is also the author of deal flow management process which has been implemented in the fund. As a Supervisory Board member of 5 portfolio companies, he actively supports Management Boards in value growth strategies realization. He took part in the process of raising additional investment rounds for several GPV portfolio companies.

In years 2014-2015 Investment Manager and member of the Investment Committee in technological incubator funded from NCBiR’s Bridge Alfa programme called StartVenture@Poland. As an Investment Manager he was responsible for evaluating current research and development projects in the early stages of development, as well as supervising a team of SVP’s business analysts during the process of analyzing projects and further negotiations on the conditions of various transactions. As a member of the Investment Committee he participated in the decision-making process concerning the implementation of individual investments.

In years 2005-2011 he worked as a Business Analyst with Zygmunt Grajkowski within VBM Consulting, where he carried out several dozens of business due diligence analyzes and co-developed strategies for several technology companies, including public companies. He specialized in pre-acquisition analysis including detailed analysis of technology companies’ value generators, including intellectual capital resources. Among others, he analyzed a number of companies specializing in the fields of IT security, cryptography or telemetry. He took part in several dozens of acquisitions in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
