enaDyne develops a novel kind of plasma reactor capable of converting CO2 into valuable hydrocarbons such as methanol, ethanol or ethylene in a novel, highly efficient and, above all, economically scalable process. An enaDyne reactor uses a process called plasma catalysis. This allows CO2 and a hydrogen source – such as green hydrogen or green methane – to be converted into useful green chemicals or e-fuels. All this happens in a direct, single-stage process without having to produce syngas in an intermediate step.

SEMRON developed a unique technology for AI chip platforms based on a capacitive in-memory-compute approach. Despite some expert's doubts the Company greatly managed to manufacture it’s first silicon chip based on a common CMOS foundry process. With this achievement they position their technology in a pole position in the race for the most energy-efficient AI devices for lowest power applications like for smart glasses. I am proud to belong to the first believers and active supporters in such an ambitioned team!

The Ferroelectric Memory Company (FMC) is a start-up company coming out of NaMLab/University of Technology Dresden enabling the semiconductors foundry industry with a new grade memory technology. Based on research going back to Qimonda AG, NaMLab continued to optimize the so called FeFET memory cell, which leads to smaller, cheaper and foundry-process compatible memory blocks. FMC is now commercializing this technology worldwide by licensing NVM memory technology and designs to leading SoC and IoT chip manufacturers.
