Recruited and led the R&D group at ConvertMedia. The team built complex real time bidding technology from scratch, predicting optimal bid price for over 10 Billion real-time bid requests per day. ConvertMedia technology is integrated with the world’s leading ad-tech firms such as Google, Yahoo, AppNexus and more.

Led a department of 5 teams and about 50 developers, researchers and systems operators. The department developed systems in C and C++ for the Windows environment, and was responsible for deploying and supporting the systems in real time, military operational setups. One of the department's projects won the Israel Security Award for 2010.

During a leave of absence from the IDF, worked for a short period at Contextin. Developed a semantic engine in Java to classify content on the Internet for the display advertising market.

Led a large cellular R&D project that included several teams and systems. The project was developed in the .NET environment.

Led a team of about 10 developers. Development of systems in C and C++ for Windows environment. One of the systems that the team developed played a major part in a project that won the Israel Security Award for 2008.
