    I am the responsible electrical engineer for occupant sensing for passive safety in both Model S and Model X development. I collaborate with suppliers to achieve superior real world occupant sensing safety for passenger airbag deployment logic, occupant detection for seat belt reminders and comprehensive child seat detection for regulatory purposes. All of my responsibilities span complete life cycles from design to post-implementation troubleshooting and improvements. In addition, I am serving as the Model X seating systems electrical engineer for all seat electronics driving both hardware and software development. This role encompasses teamwork with integration engineers internally and suppliers to define performance requirements and prove out features on a component and system level.

    Managed a set of components and worked with suppliers to ensure quality parts were PPAP approved for vehicle launch for RAM group. Recommended error and mistake proofing opportunities at various suppliers to improve manufacturing processes to improve quality product builds and consistency. Led meetings and audits for assessing supplier risks with timing and quality by connecting all parties and facilitating plans for critical path issues for approval.

Partnered with professional engineers to brainstorm ideas for high risk pipeline replacement. Served as the lead engineer for night shift of pipeline replacement project to ensure progress and troubleshoot critical issues.
